What Are Teleclasses?

InnerDelight is an international operation, with tutors and clients collaborating across borders, time zones and oceans. We think teleclasses and webcasts are some of the best inventions ever. We get all the benefits of being part of a group; we meet regularly and are committed and connected to each other, without having to travel.

•    A teleclass is a conference call from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a phone.
•    A webcast offers you the option of either calling in via telephone, just like a teleclass or to attend     via the web, so all you need is internet access.

How does this work?

•    When you have registered for a class, you will receive the phone number and access/PIN code, along with the date and time details. The number is a USA number. With the variety of cheap calling programs this is often cheaper to call than if you were calling within your own country outside the USA.
•    At the given time, you call the given number and will hear a message welcoming you to the conference call or teleclass, and asking you to enter the access/PIN code followed by the # key.
•    Once the code has been accepted, you’ll hear a voice asking you to announce yourself to the group.

With a webcast you can either call in, like in a teleclass, or you access the call from your computer via a special link, which you’ll receive upon registering.

What’s the difference?

During a teleclass you can interact with others, ask questions and offer comments. With a webcast you listen to the call and ask questions via your computer. These classes are always recorded so the audio will be available after the call. For those who join groups or commit to courses this is an important way of being able to catch up if you miss a week.
