Besides our physical bodies, we also have an energy field, comprised of many layers,
and energy centers, also known as chakra’s. When we are at peace and balanced then our energy flows dynamically and we feel vibrant and alive. When we are out of balance, our energy flow is blocked, and we feel tired and drained.
Nothing is more important than feeling good.
Everything in this Universe is comprised of energy, including our thoughts and feelings. All beliefs, thoughts and emotions vibrate at a certain frequency and impact the state of our energy field. Emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, worry and depression vibrate at a low frequency. Whereas emotions such as joy, love, gratitude and passion vibrate at a high frequency.
In “The Biology of Belief”, author Bruce Lipton describes the effects our thoughts and feelings have on our bodies at the cellular level and thus influence our health and well-being. He states our cells can be in two modes: ‘fight and flight’ OR ‘relax and grow’. Even just smiling for one minute will lift your spirits as your body produces seratonin.
Our thoughts, beliefs and expectations are stored in our subconscious mind and the Law of Attraction responds to the contents. Everything you experience in your life has been invited, attracted or created by you, by virtue of the Law of Attraction. Most of this is done unconsciously.
The reason many people resist this concept is because they do not really understand this law. The Law of Attraction is impartial and impersonal. As most people are not conscious of what is stored in their memory warehouse, they experience life as a series of miss and hit events.
When you prepare yourself and guard yourself against what you don’t want, and are feeling worried and scared, then you attract the very thing you are trying to avoid.
Rather than struggling against illness, begin to allow wellness! We each possess a tremendous inner navigational system which guides us towards wellness, love and joy. Anytime you are feeling discomfort, you have veered off course from your source of wellbeing.
By reconnecting with your inner guidance system and learning to trust its wisdom, you will support your body’s healing process.
